5 or fewer staff = 4 cases per lab
6 to 8 staff = 6 cases per lab
9 to 15 staff = 8 cases per lab
16 to 25 staff = 10 cases per lab
Greater than 25 staff = 12 cases per lab
All cases must be abnormal (positive stress cases, or cases with a regional wall motion abnormality at rest).
Cases must represent as many staff as possible. When
submitting case studies, do not duplicate staff members (medical
and technical) until all staff have been represented at least
once.
One case study must be submitted from the Technical Director.
Medical Director must be represented.
All representative cases must have been performed within the
past three years.
Submit only BEST cases.
Rest and post images must be submitted in a side by side format.
FORMATS FOR SUBMISSION
Submit as many Adult Stress cases as possible on a single CD, DVD, or standard
(not Super) VHS tape. ***All disks MUST include a reader/viewer that allows the disk to be opened and read on any PC (DICOM format cannot necessarily be opened on any PC).***
NOTE TO LABS: Beginning January 1, 2010, VHS tapes will no longer be an accepted format for submitting case studies. These cases will need to be transferred to a digital format (CD or DVD) prior to submission to the ICAEL.
