Placing your order for the ICAEL Accreditation Application is the first step toward accreditation.
The one-time fee of
$200 provides the laboratory with notification of periodic updates to the ICAEL Standards, and everything you need to apply
for accreditation. Once the order is placed, the laboratory is not obligated to apply for accreditation within any given period of time. Access to your application is good for the life of your facility.
The ICAEL can complete your purchase online, either by credit card
(MC, Visa, Discover or American Express) or by check. Instructions
are below.
