Notes: Application Deadlines
APPLICATIONS
MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE DEADLINES TO BE PROCESSED

Effective
beginning with the application deadlines listed below, the ICAEL
will firmly adhere to the quarterly application deadlines, as
published. As the ICAEL implements new processes calling for
random audits and anticipates a dramatic increase in the number
of applications received, processing applications that are received
before or on each deadline will allow the Commission to offer
the best, most efficient service possible to laboratories. Extensions
will no longer be granted; no exceptions will be made.

. . . August 1, 2007 / November 1, 2007 / and
all deadlines in 2008
Applications
must be received by the first business day of the month, complete
with all components including digital data, in order to be processed
with that decision group. Applications that arrive late or are
incomplete will be processed with the subsequent application
deadline.
