The
following list of accredited labs includes laboratories granted
accreditation on or prior to the most recent application deadline. Accreditation is granted for three years.
Final application reviews are completed within the same month
of each year; however, meetings during which the Board of Directors
renders final decisions can vary and may fall after the expiration
date listed on this website and on the laboratory's certificate.
To avoid a lapse in the laboratory's accreditation due to the
scheduling of these meetings, a grace period of 60 days beyond
the listed expiration date is extended to those labs that have
applied for reaccreditation.
This
listing is intended for general information purposes only; it
is not intended as a definitive list and individuals consulting
the list should not rely upon this list alone as a formal indication
